Jensen Club National Rally Display 2022

Today was the public display for the Jensen Club National Rally. Not being a Jensen owner, I’m obviously not a member of the club, so I attended as a spectator. The Jensen club is a national club, with sub groups in each state, so the annual national rally is also their opportunity to get together as a club. Auto Brunch St. Ives February 2020

I attended the monthly Auto Brunch event in St. Ives Showground today.    This time I took my DS.   It was pretty dusty from all the smoke in Sydney, but still got a lot of attention.     Even though I have been four times,  there can still be a lot of variety and different cars I have not seen before.   This month there was a whole line up of Jensen Interceptors.   I’m a fan of the interceptor – it’s a big brute of a car combining Italian Styling, British engineering and an American (Chrysler) powertrain.

2011 British Car Show

The 2017 British Car Show was the 37th such event. The first one I attended was the 2011 British Car show. This website did not exist in 2011, so the photos were never posted. Its interesting to see many of the same cars are still attending the show. Many of these are now sporting classic registration as NSW has adopted a workable system. The W.O. Bentley that I admired this year was also in attendance in 2011, along with another car. In addition, there was a nice display of Jensen Interceptors, something missing in 2017.
