I have removed fuel tank, and rear spring leaf pack and mismatched shock absorbers.

My question is do we need to re-temper the spring leaf packs?

Or just replace them?
If replacing; where can we turn to for parts, advice.
I also need to re-do the brake system lines as they are very corroded.

In short please advise in terms of parts, availability, etc.

We are located in New Zealand.

The car is a Rover P5B model, 4 door sedan.
Year 1972
Chassis number: 84100673D
Engine number: 84019517 – V8, 3,5ltr –
First registered in New Zealand: 1973

I’m hoping to restore a Mk111 3 litre coup in early 2020. My major concern is upholstery/seats. Cost and type of fabric most practicle, leather or vinyl.
